I'm Meegs, an easy-going girl who loves tattoos, food (sushi!) and the outdoors; but most especially her husband and daughter. I was born and raised in the country, and love the autumn time. I'm passionate about being greener, co-existing peacefully with animals/the environment, and LGBTQ rights. In my free time I love to read (lots!), go for long walks, cheer for the Eagles and the Flyers, cook, and spend time with my family and our friends. I'm a breastfeeding, babywearing, sometimes bedsharing mama... and a hippie at heart. :-)

Trav
Husband & Father Extraordinaire!

An accountant by trade, Trav is really a class clown at heart. He always makes me (and our friends) laugh. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, he is a lifetime Steelers and Penguins fan. We met at Lehigh University, of which we are both grads. He loves music and skiing (though he doesn't get to ski much anymore), and was a hockey player in his youth. He has a huge movie collection, and enjoys reading.

Our Sweet Daughter, Gwenivere!

We found out we were pregnant on June 16th, 2009. Gwen arrived exactly a week early, on the 16th of February 2010 at 12:53 in the afternoon. I was in labor for 12 hours and pushed for 1.5 hours. It was the hardest thing I'd ever done... but worth it 100-fold the minute I saw her. She is a sweet, funny, independent girl, with a little streak of trouble in her! (Just like her parents!) And she definitely makes our lives so full.

Daisy
Our furry, four-legged baby!

Daisy is our rambunctious, black lab puppy. She was born November 6th, 2008 and is such a joy to us! She is loving and sweet, she just wants to be with her people and play all the time.
